Refund and Returns Policy

At ZenVibe Corporate Gifts Inc., we specialize in custom and promotional products. Please review our refund policy carefully.

  1. Custom Products

Due to the customized nature of our products (printed, engraved, embroidered, or personalized items), all custom orders are final sale once production has started.

We do not offer refunds on approved artwork or completed custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  1. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom, blank items:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:
• A damaged item
• Incorrect product
• Printing error caused by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will review and offer replacement or refund if applicable.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production starts, cancellation is not permitted.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
