By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in custom corporate gifts, promotional products, apparel branding, awards, and marketing materials.

  • All custom orders require customer approval before production.
  • Once artwork is approved, ZenVibe Corporate Gifts Inc. is not responsible for design errors approved by the customer.
  • Production begins only after final approval and payment confirmation (if required).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Custom printed or personalized products are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Customers must verify shipping information before order confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, and text are property of ZenVibe Corporate Gifts Inc. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZenVibe Corporate Gifts Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delays.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
